3rd Session of Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Transnational Corporations

The third session of the IGWG for the elaboration of an international instrument to regulate TNCs and Other Business Enterprises (OBEs) with respect to Human Rights started yesterday and will go on until Friday.  For those interested to listen to the plenary discussion, the livestream is available here:

If you can, do  watch this session – it shows clearly the very different perspectives of some of  world’s largest corporations – represented by the International Chamber of Commerce and a great array of Human Rights NGOs advocating the primacy of Human Rights.
